Raised on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, Leilani has a deep appreciation for the islands and the importance of preserving their beauty while creating meaningful experiences for others.
Leilani is the heart of our vacation rental division. She is often the first point of contact for both guests and owners, bringing a calm, welcoming presence to every interaction. Her attention to detail and genuine care for people are a big part of what makes the experience at LUVA feel seamless.
Outside of work, Leilani enjoys spending time on the water with her family fishing, and staying active through jiu jitsu. Family is at the center of everything she does and is a big part of what drives her both personally and professionally.
JOHN MCCORMICK
Marketing Manager
John found his home in Hawai‘i in 2020 and joined the LUVA team shortly after graduating from the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing. Since joining LUVA, he has become an integral part of the team.
Outside of work, John spends his time coaching West Hawai‘i Little League teams, enjoying life with his rescue office dog Louis, and his fiancé Michelle.
At LUVA, John leads all marketing and design efforts. From new listing campaigns to guest welcome materials, he ensures everything reflects a consistent and elevated brand. He has a strong eye for detail and balances clean, cohesive design with the ability to highlight the unique qualities of each property we represent.
ADRIANA CAMACHO
REALTOR®, Salesperson | Property Manager
Adriana is a native of Southern California who moved to the Big Island of Hawaii to join LUVA’s growing Vacation Rental division. Adriana brings LUVA’s clientele her extensive customer service experience honed in the competitive Medical and Optical sales industry.
After vacationing in Hawaii in 2014, Adriana fell in love with the beauty and lifestyle of the islands and promptly packed up her dog aptly named Tiki Torch and moved to the Big Island to begin the next phase of her life and career.
KATHARINA FINDLAY
REALTOR®, Salesperson | Vacation Owner Experience & Acquisitions Manager
Originally from Germany, she moved to the United States over 20 years ago to pursue a career in hospitality. After earning her Master’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Florida International University, she built her career across the East Coast before relocating to Kona on Hawai‘i Island.
She has held leadership roles with Outrigger Hotels & Resorts, Grand Welcome, Pacific 19 Kona, and most recently CoralTree Hospitality at Mauna Lani, where she oversaw a luxury vacation rental and estate management portfolio. Her experience includes working with homeowners, HOAs, and mixed-use properties.
She now lives in Captain Cook with her husband and enjoys life on the Big Island.
KIMBERLY CLARK
Property Care Specialist
Kimberly Clark has been a Property Care Specialist with LUVA Real Estate since early 2025. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she moved to the Big Island with her family in 2015 and quickly knew it was where they wanted to build their life and raise their children.
Kim holds a Master’s degree in Genetics, a background that shaped her attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. She brings that same level of precision, care, and integrity into her work, along with a genuine appreciation for working directly with people.
A past Ironman participant, Kim brings discipline and dedication into all aspects of her life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her rescue dog, Lily.
BRADLEY JOHNSON
Luxury Estates Specialist
Bradley Johnson is a Luxury Estates specialist at LUVA Real Estate, serving the Kailua-Kona , and west coast of the Big Island community. Originally from Pennsylvania and attended La Salle University, Bradley’s professional journey took him through Philadelphia and Denver before he found his home in Hawaii. He is deeply inspired by the islands’ unique culture, people, and environment. When he isn’t assisting clients, you can find him exploring Kealakekua Bay, cooking, or getting lost in a sci-fi novel.
